Unfortunately we can not proceed with anything until the lenders have sent over the proper release paperwork. Often times the process is quick. But some cases it can take up to 48 hours or more. Be patient as best as you can.
Once you receive notice from your lienholder or finance company, schedule a redemption appointment. Walk-ins are not available — appointments ensure we have your vehicle and paperwork ready.
Before your appointment you will receive a confirmation email with instructions if any fees are owed at the time of redemption. There is no set fee, fees are determined by YOUR lender.
